Leapros Skilled Trades is a trusted workforce solutions partner within the construction industry and is currently seeking experienced Data Center Installation Technicians for various local structured cabling positions throughout the Social Circle, GA area (multiple positions & overtime available!).
We are partnered with one of the nation’s leading telecommunications and structured cabling companies and have opportunities available for technicians of All Skill sets! Whether you are a seasoned professional or just starting your career, we welcome candidates of All Skill Levels.
Responsibilities:
- Install support structures, such as cable trays and conduit, for efficient cable routing
- Pull and route low-voltage cabling, including CAT 5/6, coaxial, fiber optics, and more.
- Terminate cable and distribution frames, ensuring proper connections and signal transmission.
- Troubleshoot cable infrastructure on commercial or industrial projects, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with team members, including fellow technicians, Project Managers, and Superintendents.
- Rack and stack work, closet work, putting together server racks, patch panels
- Maintain contracted scheduled dates and SLAs for network cabling install timelines
- Network gear installation, including device labeling, power connectivity and network cable connectivity
- Complete hardware support work orders involving hardware and cabling installation, certification, troubleshooting and network cabling break-fix
- Asset management, auditing and daily work log/ticket tracking
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in structured cabling and telecommunications installation is a plus but not required. We welcome candidates at All Skill Levels
- Fiber splicing and termination is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of universal color codes for cable identification and labeling
- Familiarity with industry standards such as EIA, TIA, BICSI, or NEC is not required, however, preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00+ per hour BOE
