Data And Reporting Transition Analyst

Jiva to MHK Transition Consultant :

• This resource will assist with a new, large project. Client currently uses Jiva for all of their care management functions (nurses talking to people with conditions, etc.), and they are transferring to a new platform (MHK), which is currently also used for prior authorizations
• They want the data running in both platforms starting 6/27/24, and be fully transitioned by EOY 2024.
• This team is currently 4 people, with 2 primarily working on care management Data and 90+ associated reports
• The team will now have to recreate these reports, and optimize where appropriate, in the new system.
• This contractor will help with mapping the data from one system to the other and coding the new reports
• They do not necessarily need experience with clinical data, but coming from an industry with detailed data (pharma, insurance, finance, etc.) is preferred
• Targeting Jan 2 start date. Job is currently funded through 6/27/24, but is likely to extend to continue to assist with the transition.
• Visas are ok, not likely to convert. Remote is fine, team is in Eastern hours.
• Ideal candidate would be someone who had assisted with transitioning Data and reports from one platform to another previously.
• They need to be technical, and competent in SQL and SAS programming, potentially Visual Basic as well. If they know Tableau, that would be nice but not required. Knowledge of Snowflake is a plus.
• Soft skills: Need to be able to work with aggressive deadlines. Need to be able to communicate well and translate changes to the clinical / business users. BA skills such as understanding requirements and documentation are also helpful.
• There may be 2 rounds of interviews for the finalist candidate.
