Compensation
Hiring Salary Range Posted: set rate listed as $21.00 / hour
Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
The Winegrowing ResearchData Analyst support development of applications, dashboards, and reports leveraging established tools.
- Utilize systems for data collection and organization.
- Understand and document inputs and outputs of data to support continuous development.
- Drives insights by telling a story about data by developing compelling dashboards.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather report/application requirements and feedback.
- Mining data to identify patterns for predictive insights.
- Develop applications to consolidate and secure data.
- Integrate new data sources with enterprise data to develop dashboards and reports.
- Provide documentation on developed systems and tools.
- Effectively communicates with peers, team, customers, and management.
- Participates in department and interdepartmental project teams and may work cross-functionally to improve processes within the organization, including joint development sessions.
- Provides on-call support during off-hours when needed.
- Maintains satisfactory attendance, to include timeliness.
- Responsible for understanding and complying with applicable quality, environmental and safety regulatory considerations.

Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma plus college coursework in computer programming and/or data science.
- Capable of working with data in Python, VBA or SQL.
- Required to provide on-call support when necessary.
- Skilled in the use of MS Word and MS Excel at an intermediate level.
- Good communication skills.
- Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
- Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

This position will be based in the location(s) specified in the job posting and requires working on-site with no telecommuting option. You will be expected to live within a commutable distance.
