What you will do:
The Data Analyst is a full-time position that is responsible for analyzing large sets of data from multiple sources. The Data Analyst creates and validates multiple end user reports weekly and monthly. They will also monitor process performance, satisfaction of our customers, and identify improvements in data collection that will better meet the needs of the department. Experience with SQL is ideal as well as familiarity with data visualization and data automation. Performs other duties as assigned.
Position requires normal business hours Monday-Friday. This position offers work at home option for employees who meet performance requirements, with occasional on-site meetings. Candidate must be able to maintain HIPAA privacy requirements when working from home. Candidate must be located in the East Tennessee region.

Requirements
- BS in Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or relevant field desired.
- Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or similar role required.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or SQL.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in one of the following programming languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, C++, Java, Python, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Position requires normal business hours Monday-Friday.
- Candidate must be located in the East Tennessee region.
