OSLRS, a leading management consulting firm, is currently seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst at OSLRS, you will play a critical role in assisting our clients in making informed business decisions and driving organizational growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity for data enthusiasts to utilize their analytical skills and drive meaningful insights.
As a Data Analyst at OSLRS, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations to clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop data models, and create visualizations to communicate findings. Additionally, you will collaborate with senior consultants to shape data-driven strategies and contribute to the overall success of client engagements.
Responsibilities- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Develop data models and algorithms to support business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements
- Build and maintain data visualizations for effective communication of findings
- Conduct statistical analysis and apply data mining techniques
- Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure data accuracy and quality
- Provide recommendations based on data insights to drive business decision-making
- Support senior consultants in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Proven experience in data analysis and visualization using tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and methodologies
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
