OSLRS, a leading management consulting firm, is currently seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst at OSLRS, you will play a critical role in assisting our clients in making informed business decisions and driving organizational growth. As a Data Analyst at OSLRS, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations to clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop data models, and create visualizations to communicate findings. Additionally, you will collaborate with senior consultants to shape data-driven strategies and contribute to the overall success of client engagements.

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Develop data models and algorithms to support business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements
• Build and maintain data visualizations for effective communication of findings
• Conduct statistical analysis and apply data mining techniques
• Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure data accuracy and quality
• Provide recommendations based on data insights to drive business decision-making
• Support senior consultants in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Proven experience in data analysis and visualization using tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and methodologies
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
