As a Data Analyst Intern, you will join a team of passionate data experts at Flowcode, where your analytical skills and unwavering curiosity will be instrumental in supporting our customer success team. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth data analyses, uncovering hidden patterns and trends, and translating these insights into actionable strategies that enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Delve into a wide range of data sources to extract key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Gather relevant data from both internal and external sources to help measure the success of client campaigns
- Collaborate closely with the customer success team to provide data-driven insights that inform their decision-making processes
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in data science, computer science, or a related field
- Experience with SQL, including working with large datasets and joining data tables
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau
- Familiarity with either Microsoft Excel or Google sheets for data augmentation
- Python is a plus but not required
