Data Analyst, Environmental Health & Safety
Primary responsibility to support the data analytic and reporting needs for the Environmental Health & Safety department. This role acts as the liaison with Business Analytics, HIT, Risk Management, and external vendors. This position will be the system administrator for data analytic software, including the interface with other relational databases.

• Full Time/Part Time: Full-time
• Hours: Monday-Friday, during normal business hours

What you will do:

• Database Management
  • Subject matter expert for data management software and associated applications.
  • Act as system administrator with oversight for policies, procedures and security.
  • Maximize database potential for grateful patient processing.
  • Oversee and manage database upgrades and audits.
  • Lead staff training for database and associated software.
• Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Responsible for setup and delivery of requested mailing lists and reports, as well as imports/exports into the donor database.
  • Produce reports by executing database queries or reports to retrieve the information needed

What you will need:

• Education: Bachelor's degree
• Skills:
  • Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook (or equivalent), required.
  • Expert knowledge of Blackbaud Raiser's Edge (development software) required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for the purpose of communicating and presenting data are essential.
  • Ability to analyze large data sets and produce actionable info and recommendations.
  • Fluency in data import, export and report generation.
  • Experience in database management preferred
• Experience: 3+ years of data analytics and reporting experience, required
• Certification: N/A
