We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Quality Management and Clinical Care Coordination team responsible for delivering data and analytics to support population health strategies. The ideal candidate will need strong interpersonal skills and will communicate with multiple stakeholders, be detail oriented, able to manage multiple tasks, and be able to clearly and concisely convey technical information in a manner that end users can understand.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Compiling reports from a variety of sources
- Securely uploading/sending reports, tracking metrics and member rewards
- Maintaining glidepaths and dashboards, and managing/validating data requests from various departments and communicating updates/findings to key stakeholders
- Tracking and trending of departmental and x-matrix (company goals)
- Forecasting for population management, and geographical mapping for care coordination efforts
- Assuring data integrity and quality
- Conducting data analysis and interpreting results
- Develop tools for end users and key stakeholders (i.e. decision/job aids, business case analysis, etc.
- Use databases and tables to create queries and build reporting and solutions for various stakeholders

Required Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience querying, gathering, and analyzing data
- Advanced Excel experience (creating pivot tables, writing functions, and formulas)
- Proficiency in SQL and developing efficient, well performing queries
- Office/Hybrid Based position in Las Vegas, NV (3 days office/2 days remote)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Tableau experience
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Experience with CAHPS, Stars, Quality
- Report and dashboard development experience using Power BI
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic client facing role where delivering solid work products to exceed high expectations is a measure of success
- Proven ability to work with people with diverse background (technical and non-technical) while generating idea
Client-facing presence and excellent business acumen - Proven extremely solid SQL programming skills (including complex subqueries, correlated queries, nested queries, functions, etc.)
- Proven intermediate MS Office skills including the ability to create, manipulate and formulate spreadsheets using v-lookup, pivot tables, charts and graphing
- Proven deep interest and enthusiasm for business intelligence, reporting, data analytics, demonstrated through the delivery of quality BI solutions which are valued by the business
- Proven excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with special attention to accuracy and detail
- Proven track record of managing and improving complex processes and very strong organization and problem-solving skills
- Proven well-organized, extremely detail oriented with the ability to cross-check work to user specifications
- Proven track record in working independently without constant supervision
- Proven solid prioritization and multi-tasking skills with a track record of meeting deadlines
Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Nevada residents is $58,300 to $114,300 annually.
