SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
- Job Description:This is a mostly onsite role with some oppty to work remote in either Pleasanton or Durham. Vendor Master Data Build and Verification This role will review the over 8K vendors in ECC and ensure we have the required information for the S/4 VM fields as well as the updated Contact information for the 16K currently in the system This will require researching invoices in our invoice routing tools, researching companies on the Internet, and calling vendors for their missing information.
- Requirements:- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve complex issues
- Strong Excel skills with formula writing (vlookups and pivot tables helpful)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to self-manage workload with minimal direction in an unstructured environment
- Ability to work independently, in a team environment, across various functions, and form solid business relationships
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and meet concurrent deadlines
- Tenacious, flexible, and proactive: easily adapt to shifting priorities while making steady progress on assignments
- Proficient computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio (or comparable)
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4 is helpful
