Site Impact is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in our organization by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform strategic decision-making across various departments.
Position Responsibilities:
Collaborate with teams across the company to gather and compile data from various sources, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
Create dashboards and reports to understand and monitor key product metrics
Take ad-hoc analyses and turn them into a repeatable, scalable data views that our team can leverage on their own
Tie together disparate data sources in order to tell cohesive data stories to inform decision making
Utilize statistical analysis and data visualization techniques to interpret data and identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Develop and maintain data models, databases, and reporting systems to support data-driven decision-making.
Design and develop data visualizations, charts, and graphs to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
Conduct predictive analysis to identify potential future trends and opportunities.
Clean, transform, and preprocess data to prepare it for analysis, ensuring data integrity.
Integrate data from multiple sources and systems and troubleshoot data-related issues.
Implement and maintain data governance practices to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance.
Collaborate with department heads and leadership to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a related role.
- Experience working with financial planning and analytics
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong knowledge of data management and database systems (SQL, NoSQL).
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
