Data Analyst

As a Data Governance Specialist, you will be responsible for efficient data entry, maintaining data accuracy, and updating product data within PTC Windchill PLM. Your role will involve ensuring the integrity and quality of product information, managing data entry processes, and implementing effective data governance strategies. You will collaborate closely with cross- functional teams to streamline data management workflows and contribute to the overall enhancement of our product development and management processes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize advanced knowledge of PTC Windchill PLM software to accurately input, update, and manage product data within the system in accordance with company standards and best practices.
• Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring the integrity and reliability of the product information in accordance with the product to market calendar.
• Generate reports and analyze data to provide insights for product development and management teams.
• Collaborate with the product development teams to understand data requirements and effectively communicate data entry guidelines and best practices, suggest improvements to optimize data management capabilities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to streamline data entry processes and improve the efficiency of data management workflows.
• Provide training and support to team members on data entry procedures and best practices within PTC Windchill PLM.
• Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related todata entry and management within the PLM system.

Basic Qualifications:

• Work with cross-functional partners and stakeholders to identify and resolve data issues.
• Proven experience working with PTC Windchill PLM software.
• Relevant certifications or technical background in the field of product lifecycle management systems.
• In-depth knowledge of data governance principles, data quality management, and data entry best practices.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and management tasks.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams.
