Data Analyst

Robert Half is currently seeking someone to fill a Data Analyst role. The Data Analyst role will involve preparing financial reports that summarize trends for managers. As the Data Analyst you will be compiling, interpreting, and reporting information on a variety of data types. Your responsibilities

- Extract, manipulate and organize data in response to management requests

- Assemble analytical reports, identifying all relevant insights

- Analyze corporate reports in order to create financial reports

- Utilize investigative, organizational, and analytical skills, to implement and execute data mining projects

- Create and present key decision-making data for market assessments, forecasting and further investigation

- High attention to detail as well as critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, data analysis or similar role
- Able to work independently with a minimal amount of oversight
- Understanding of a variety of data models
- BS/BA in Accounting, finance, or economics
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Well-rounded in data management and manipulation
- Skilled in spreadsheet and reporting applications, including V-lookups, pivot tables, and queries
