Introduction
Do you love to dance? Would you like to share your years of training, knowledge, and passion for dance with others? Consider joining our dance program at Prince William County, Department of Parks and Recreation to share your passion with our community. Our growing program is family-friendly and community-oriented, offering high quality dance instruction for beginner through advanced students.
This is a part-time position for the 2024-2025 school year. Skills must include at least one or two of the following: Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Creative Movement. Preferred skills include strong ballet technique, versatility in training, and ability to teach multiple disciplines. Instructors are required to follow a curriculum. Excellent communication skills are a must. All teaching tools will be provided, and classes will be taught in a dance studio at the Sharron Baucom Dale City Recreation Center.

MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
8th grade education and 0-12 months of related experience.
