We are looking for a highly passionate and hands-on leader to work with our remote Ops team to serve as a key leader for our Dallas/Fort Worth operations/logistics leadership team. You will set and execute the daily operations strategy and collaborate with operations leadership and cross-functional team members on both strategic and development projects. You’ll perform a critical function in overseeing and managing our warehouse operations including ensuring the successful transfer of goods to our sortation partner, and distributing routed parcels to our partner fleets.
Job Responsibilities
- Efficient daily staging of routes to fleet drivers
- Help create a sustainable long term daily operations plan
- Inventory management
- Work closely with the Hailify Logistics team
- Analyze data to look at trends and anticipate problems
- Create new processes suitable to your market
- Reduce per order operations costs
- Collaborate with the warehouse leadership and sortation team
- Assists the operations team with fulfillment and quality control
- Escalates issues to the Director of Daily Ops when necessary
- Ensure that company policies and SOPs are followed
- Receive undeliverable parcels from drivers and appropriately manage
- Work with basic functions within Hailify’s backend software
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years work experience with at least 1+ years in a manager role in the appropriate field - Logistics/operations, remote management, last mile delivery, customer support, and/or startup experience are all a plus
- Established work history of excellent communication and dependability
- Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, and employee management
- Proven ability to plan and manage operational process for maximum efficiency and productivity
- Ability to streamline and implement new structures and roles that create speed, efficiency, and support rapidly shifting business demands

- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with the Microsoft and Google Suites as well as BI tools such as Periscope, Tableau, or ArcGIS - SQL experience a plus
