RHD is hiring! Our Lower Merion Counseling & Mobile Services is in search of a Full time D&A Clinical Manager.

D&A Clinical Manager will lead a clinical team comprised of therapists. Completes required documentation, reports, and statistics; works with family-teams and local providers, coordinating care, transition, follow-up services and safety planning. The position is responsible for upholding RHD values, adheres to the standards of DDAP and MH/OP regulations, Magellan, Medicare, and any other funding or licensing bodies.
Collaborate with Division leadership concerning program support, supervision, development, or any reporting that is sent to the funders.
Attend or delegate attendance and represent RHD at meetings with funders, licensing agencies, and accreditation bodies as assigned.

Responsibilities/Duties
+ Assure individuals are supported inmaintaining highest compliance and best practice standards of licensing expectations and RHD Values
+ Completing intakes and assessments as necessary
+ Taking the lead on Peer Supervision meetings
+ Will aid Clinical Director at times of auditing with preparations
+ Will aid Clinical Director in maintaining and monitoring training hour completion of staff annually
+ Will support Clinical Director as needed in times of transition and coverage.
+ Will aid Clinical Director with client related issues from day to day.
+ Provide and support supervision of assigned staff and assure staff supervision is documented regularly including probation/observation period and annual evaluations
+ Will assist with disciplinary review and action where relevant
+ Oversee scheduling of therapist and ensuring that minimum billable requirement is met
+ Assist with developing, revision and implementation of policies and procedures as required by regulations
+ Maintain accountability for the professional standards within the program
+ Assure documentation of individuals and meets standards and timeliness
+ Prepare reports as needed to funders, licensing, and corporate personnel in a timely manner
+ Review weekly productivity with staff/managers
+ Ensure recruitment of and providing clinical supervision to program staff and interns.
+ Will aid Clinical Director with interviewing process
+ Ensure thorough orientation and on-going training/staff development plans and evaluations of new and existing staff as recommended in the policies and procedures based off of DDAP and OMHSAS regulations.
+ Assist with training, oversight and guidance in clinical documentation/EHR
+ Orient, train and incorporate, as appropriate, the concept of evidence-based practices relating to recovery, trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, etc.
+ Awareness of staff members' needs for professional development and resources to help meet those needs
+ Assisting clinical director in programmatic improvements and area of needs.
+ Complete other related duties as assigned
Required Experience
Supervisory experience preferred.
Required Education
Masters required in Human Services Field and active LCSW or an LPC license in PA if applicable.
Required Qualifications
Experience with trauma informed care, DBT, CBT and other modalities of Treatment relevant client care
+ Crisis management, conflict resolution, multi task operational tasks for fast paced clinic
+ Strong insight and judgement, ability to make quick and clinically accurate decisions for best practice

Lower Merion Counseling Services, a program of Resources of Human Development, is designated as an Integrated Community Wellness Center (ICWC) which provides coordinated, comprehensive, quality care.
