Cycle Counter / Material Handler

The Cycle Counter / Material Handler is responsible for monitoring warehouse inventory and performing cycle counting duties to ensure that all materials are properly verified and are reflective of reported inventory. The Cycle Counter / Material Handler will maintain inventory accuracy through proper counting, processing of material reports and transfers. The Cycle Counter / Material Handler will also assist the Warehouse, Production, Engineering and Customer Service in locating materials.

• Coordination of the movement of materials, actual material movement, and loading parts and final product for shipping.
• Tracks material, parts, etc. through designated area and coordinates movement of material, parts, and assemblies. 
• Manual use of fork lift, crane, etc. to properly move materials throughout the facility, and to properly load and unloads trucks.

• Minimum 1 year experience (2-3 years preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to squat, sit, stand, walk, reach daily and as needed to perform all job functions
•  Must be able to work in a fast paced environment 
• Must be able to work in a team as well as independently 
• Basic PC knowledge 
• Perform different job functions within the warehouse department
• Must be able to follow procedures, best practices and report unsafe and unprofessional behavior
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Background in material handling, inventory, and forklift driving preferred. 
• knowledge and experience in using MRP scanners and data entry of orders preferred.

The estimated annual salary range for this role is $16.00-$20.00 Hourly
