Valicor Environmental Services is looking for a Plant CWT Operator to work in our Inkster facility.
Job Duties
- Load and unload trucks at the facility
- Log in all weights and counts of loads
- Operate pumps and valves and other operational equipment
- Operate forklifts / light heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Learn to treat Industrial Wastewater
- Complete daily plant and operations inspections
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all plant safety policies and practices
- Troubleshooting mechanical issues
Requirements
- Industrial Wastewater experience a plus
- Ability to safely climb ladders and steps
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
- Superb attendance
- Positive Attitude and mindset
- Multitasking abilities
- Problem solving and troubleshooting
- Ability to work alone and as a team
- Willing and able to learn quickly and efficiently
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions (Heat,Cold,Rain,Snow)
- Prior experience in environmental industry is a PLUS
