This position will play an important role in Kimble’s success in this area.
Position Summary: Handles incoming phone calls and emails from jail staff, inmate family members, and business partners for the purpose of support, troubleshooting, installing, and training on our Trust Fund Management Software (Team 3) and hardware. Lobby kiosks, Booking kiosks, POD kiosks, and Networking.
A positive, collaborative attitude, and highly polished professional communication skills are required.
