Qualifications:
- Ability to handle difficult situations; providing conflict resolution if necessary. Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to comprehend instructions, correspondence, memos, and other forms of verbal and written communication.
Monitors environmental alarms: doors, gates, parking lot intercoms CCTV.
- Ability to be successful in a stressful, fast-paced environment.
- Experience in an administrative support role and/or customer service preferred. Healthcare, call center, or dispatch service experience preferred.
- Provide empathetic and efficient Customer Support to patients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
- Address inquiries, resolve issues, and guide individuals through hospital processes with clarity and compassion.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination in delivering exceptional patient care.
- Utilize communication tools, including phone and email, to respond promptly to inquiries and maintain a high standard of service
- H.S. Diploma/GED Equivalent
- 1+ year experience required in support, dispatch, and Customer Support.Healthcare, call center, or dispatch service experience preferred.
