Tyto Athene is searching for a Customer Support Technician (Tier-3) for a complex, multi-year contract supporting the Air Force Civil Engineer Center’s (AF CEC) Control Systems Cybersecurity Initiative.
Responsibilities:
- Perform Tier-3 Customer Support, enabling 24/7 operations within the client’s enclave environments worldwide.
- Assist base communications squadrons as necessary to correctly implement and operate the CE enclaves.
- Track and implement the deployment of O/S, application, and security updates, upgrades, and patches.
- Assist network/systems administrators and security managers in configuring, securing, and maintaining client enclaves.
- Perform network enclave monitoring and reporting.
Requirements:
- Requires 3-5 years’ experience providing DoD (USAF preferred) IT Customer Support.
- Familiarity with USAF IT and cybersecurity governance and guidance preferred.
- Effective written and oral communications skills
- Experience with MS-Office Suite products
- Experience with ServiceNow or other trouble-ticket management tools
- IAT Level-I certification
- This is a shift-work position that will require nights, weekend, and holidays.
Clearance:
- Active DoD SECRET clearance
Travel Required:
- Minimal, less than 10%
