```Duties```
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels (phone, email, chat)
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate customer records
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to assist bilingual customers
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Perform outbound calling to follow up with customers or provide updates
```Experience```
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Sales experience is a plus
