Position Overview:
As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and assistance. You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive customer experience. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual who is committed to exceeding customer expectations and contributing to the success of our growing company.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information about our products and assist customers with product-related questions.
Resolve customer issues, concerns, and complaints effectively and in a timely manner.
Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Identify and report trends in customer issues to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Customer Support/service. Understanding of the field of audio systems or vehicle 12v accessories is an advantage but not a must.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Empathetic and patient approach when dealing with customers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in using Customer Support software and tools.
