We seek a Customer Support Representative for a full-time position in the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania office.
Position Overview
The Customer Support Representative position is held by a dynamic, highly motivated, and organized individual with superior attention to detail and excellent customer service for our Vitu clients. This is a fast-paced office with customers who need immediate resolutions. The potential candidate must provide superb customer service with an upbeat attitude.
Responsibilities

• Assist customers with program questions and issues via phone, email, and/or chat.
• Provide answers to questions related to DMV policy and paperwork.
• Troubleshoot program issues, concerns, and user errors in a fast-paced environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support by being responsive and proactive to customer needs.
• Assist in the paperwork and set up of new accounts
• Ability to work in a high-production, fast-paced environment.
• Assist with day-to-day office duties.

Experience

• Knowledge of the automotive industry is required; dealership and/or DMV experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills required
• Experience with Pennsylvania and/or Maryland vehicle title and registration.
• Knowledge of Pennsylvania and/or Maryland state rules and regulations regarding vehicle title and registration.
• Proficient on a PC (Internet, E-mail, Word, Excel, Google Drive)
• Able to work independently with limited supervision
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow directions
• Excellent time management
• Superior attention to detail
• Positive attitude who can work well in a team or independently
