Description
Diversatek has an exciting opportunity available for a Customer Support Representative at our GI Medical Device and diagnostic division, Diversatek Healthcare, located in Milwaukee, WI. The Customer Support Department is part of a dedicated team providing exemplary support to Diversatek Healthcare customers, which includes hospitals and Surgery Centers nationwide. This position collaborates with the Sales and Service teams to meet our customers' needs and expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone and email, providing knowledgeable answers to inquiries regarding product specifications, pricing, and availability
  • Work with customers to resolve product returns, shipping inquiries, and order status questions
  • Process orders in a fast-paced environment
  • Troubleshoot for customers to help them resolve product or transaction issues and/or connect them with the best person to assist
  • Assist customers with navigating our company's website
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team and Service Team to meet the customers' needs
  • Complete other administrative duties, as needed

Qualifications

  • Associates degreedesired, or 2+ years relevant customer service experience in an office setting

  • Ability to work effectively with others within your department and in collaboration with other departments
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy to our customers and their needs
