Responsible for answering the phones providing communication to health care providers patients and other internal customers. Responsible for coordinating and scheduling patient initial and refill shipments.
Responsible for interfacing with customers company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. Determines status of equipment returns repairs replacements sales orders delivery schedules etc. May schedule field service repair calls. Handles requests for additional company materials. Maintains records of returns schedule changes product enhancements or changes product pricing resolves return credit problems. Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required. Normally receives general instructions on routine work detailed instructions on new assignments.

Qualifications / Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent
Preferred 1-3 years of experience in a Customer Service Center
Physical Requirements:
Professional office environment
Must be able to stand walk sit and reach outward on a frequent basis. Push/pull up to 15lbs and lift/carry up to 15 lbs.
