```Duties```
- Answer incoming calls and provide assistance to callers in a professional and courteous manner
- Scheduling appointments for customers
- Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information to callers regarding products or services
- Transfer calls to appropriate departments or individuals as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and customer interactions
- Follow call center scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and quality customer service
- Handle escalated calls or difficult customers with patience and empathy
- Provide support for email inquiries as required
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Ability to multitask and navigate through multiple computer systems simultaneously
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
Ability to work independently as this is a fully remote position
Hourly pay $16 - $18 based on experience
Paid weekly via direct deposit
