We’ve recently signed new client partnerships and need to drastically expand our current Customer Support team to meet their demand. The right Customer Support Associate for the role is action-oriented, solution-focused, and thrives in a vigorous, powerhouse team environment.
Customer Support Associate Responsibilities:
- Engage customers with personalized, attentive assistance, offering comprehensive product and service details in a professional and amiable manner.
- Address customer inquiries promptly, employing effective questioning techniques to provide timely support and solutions.
- Independently manage multiple customer accounts, demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills and fostering customer satisfaction.
- Develop expertise in our product/service offerings and industry landscape, staying informed about competitive offerings.
- Collaborate within a diverse team environment, including the sales team, to ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.
Customer Support Associate Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to accuracy.
- Curiosity-driven individual eager to learn and explore solutions with resilience.
- Problem-solving mindset, adept at overcoming challenges smoothly.

- Must have reliable transportation to and from our corporate office in Tucson
Preferred Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Relations, Support, Hospitality, or similar fields.
- Experience working in a customer or client-facing position that required thinking on your feet, delivering quality solutions, and building genuine relationships
- A degree in Communication, Business Management, Marketing, or Social Sciences is preferred, although not mandatory.
