Scope of Responsibilities
- Service Level KPIs: Collaborate with Customer Service and Planning teams as needed to resolve key customer challenges related to fill rates, distribution expenses, on-time delivery/customer pick up, and deployment accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels in our warehouse network and communicate status with the PPD Sales Team. Coordinate DC stock transfers as needed with the Deployment team. Provide weekly stock status reports of our internal network and key customers i.e. (DOT Foods) to the division.
- Exceptional Clearance Inventory: Develop run out plans for Discontinued SKUs/Exceptional Clearance inventory. Proactively work with customers/sales to move short shelf-life inventory.
- SAP Super User: The PPD subject matter expert for all SAP related tools. Includes SAP FIORI / Business Intelligence/ Integrated Business Planning.
- Promotional/Limited Time Offer Program Management: Monitor upcoming customer promotion/LTO inventory needs, review the demand forecast with sales/planning, ensure the product is deployed to the correct distribution centers.
- Order Processing: Manually process Non-EDI customer POs into SAP as needed. Research existing Non-EDI customers and if possible, help convert them to EDI.
- Forecasting: Monitor PPD customer orders to compare actual vs. forecasted monthly volume. Communicate over/under forecasted volume with the Demand Planning Team and Sales Managers. Review customer level forecast accuracy with Sales/Demand Planning.
- Supply Chain Meetings: Participate in Supply Chain and Demand/Supply Planning oriented meetings.
- Ability to back up and support Supply Chain Manager as needed.

The Customer Supply Chain Analyst - PPD role will be responsible for providing and creating robust analytical support for all channels of the PPD Division. Designs and maintains sales and inventory data reports to be used for fact-based selling with the sales teams. Ongoing cross-functional communication/meetings with the Customer Service, Demand/Supply Planning, Deployment, and Transportation teams. Assist PPD Sales Managers with customer collaboration as needed (i.e., Service Level Performance, Presentations, Attending Touch Point Meetings).
NOTE: The Customer Supply Chain Analyst - PPD role may be remote with a strong preference for the West Coast.

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Marketing, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- Preferred experience with major Food and/or Beverage CPG
- Minimum 2 years of previous sales analyst experience in Consumer Products industry.

Salary Range: $74K to $96K/year + Bonus Eligibility
