Responsibilities:

In this role, you'll be interacting with distributors, warehouse operations, and sales leadership to ensure the timely delivery of essential medical equipment to hospitals and healthcare facilities. You are a vital member of our Supply Chain Customer Support team, playing a key role in ensuring accurate ETA and product deliveries.

Skills and Experience:

· High School Diploma is required.

· 2+ years of Customer Service experience.

· 2+ years of Order Entry experience.

· Proficient data entry skills.

· Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

· Experience with EDI.

· Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

· Strong troubleshooting abilities.

Compensation and Benefits:

· Pay: $20-$21 per hour
