Customer Success Specialist – Huntley, IL

We are seeking positive, highly motivated individuals to join our growing team! As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be provided the tools, training, and support necessary to assist clients in coordinating group travel from beginning to end. In addition, you will be working with a host of vendors, including major airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, and popular theme parks. You will confirm all travel arrangements, build rapport with clients, and foster long-lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients to determine their group travel needs and create a personalized itinerary – we work with many corporations to design their company trips.
• Correspond with suppliers (hotels, cruise lines, etc.) to coordinate travel arrangements.
• Make reservations for flights, cruises, rental cars, hotel accommodations, and more
• Gather new and existing customers’ information.
• Provide information about travel locations and services.
• Enter orders into the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
• Can collaborate with a team to satisfy customers' needs.
• Take secure payments and apply them to your clients’ reservations
• Participate in live video and recorded training sessions to keep updated on destinations and travel industry practices.

Requirements:

• Recent graduate – college degree is strongly preferred
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Must be US citizen
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team utilizing time management skills
• Prior travel experience is a plus, however training is provided
