Position Overview
As the Digital Customer Success Specialist, you will be a key member of our new eCommerce platform team, responsible for training and onboarding our customers to have a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. You will use your skills to assist our stakeholders and customers to drive more eCommerce adoption and revenue for the business.
Work Location: The main office is in Glenview, IL but this position allows for remote work in any state.
Responsibilities Include:
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice and guidance to customers. Keep up to date with industry trends and market changes.
- Customer & Stakeholder Education: Create and deliver educational resources, webinars, and training sessions to empower stakeholders & customers with the knowledge and tools to make the most of our offerings.
- Customer & Stakeholder Onboarding: Assist new and existing stakeholders & customers in setting up their accounts, navigating our platforms, and understanding our product offerings to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Customer & Stakeholder Feedback Analysis: Collect, analyze, and report feedback to eCommerce product team to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with internal teams to drive product and service enhancements.
- Issue Resolution: Act as a point of contact for stakeholders and customers to address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure swift issue resolution.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in Customer Success, account management, or training role (eCommerce experience a plus)
- Strong understanding of b2b structure and ability to manage multiple touch-points within it (CS, Sales, etc.).
- Ability to work in a cross-functional role.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Results-oriented and able to meet or exceed targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus.
