Summary: The Customer Success Representative (customer service) coordinates the success of the customer and the company. The representative will be in contact with customers, responding to inquiries about PGM’s capabilities and products. There is constant coordination and problem solving with internal departments to gather the data and respond to the client. The representative will also be promoting and identifying new opportunities with our sales force within each client.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Handles customer inquiries – includes email and phone work; updating orders and quotes and problem solving with internal departments at PGM to develop solutions. Responds in a timely manner to customer.
• Handles / supports inside or outside sales representatives inquires in coordination with reps.
• Develop quotes for customer including entry, review with engineering, preparation and submittal. Follow up with customers/rep on submitted quotes.
• Review incoming orders (contract review). Reconciliation of problem orders, data entry (at times), processing all paperwork/confirms to customer. Follow up on order status with customer.
• Computer / Data entry / Email /Office. Vantage System- ERP software for PGM Corp. Microsoft office- (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point), customer web portals
• Marketing efforts – Working together to execute the digital marketing, sales brochures, flyers, etc. CRM development / maintenance and prospecting.
• Relationship Building: - account development/revenue growth. Sales calls with customer and outside sales to generate additional revenue and/or fulfill sales commitment (via phone or visit). Consulting the customer on PGM products. Some customer visits in Rochester and outside.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one year related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Additional two to four-year college or university and work-related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience would be great.

Language and Written Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as contracts/orders specifications. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
