As we continue to grow, we seek individuals interested in joining our 90-Day Customer Success Training Program. Upon the successful completion of this program, you will have the opportunity to serve in a variety of roles including Application Support, Application Specialist, Implementation Consultant, Quality Assurance, Software Sales, and as a Business Analyst. The candidates for this training program must be high-energy, detail-oriented, and interested in serving as a trusted advisor responsible for expanding the use of our applications and productivity tools. Success candidates will build strong relationships with internal teams and customers, while obtaining and maintaining advanced functional product knowledge and continuously helping the company achieve increased software usage and high marks for customer service.
Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:
- Achieve expert knowledge of company’s software products and tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot application issues, teach classes, and effectively demonstrate the benefits of specific applications.
- Assist customers in the development of custom data inquiries, reports, dashboards and mobile forms utilizing the company’s built in software customization tools. No coding is required.
- Research and respond to specific application help desk questions.
- Develop and organize training materials, visual aids, videos and other educational materials and ensure materials remain updated and relevant with each new software release.
- Analyze training needs, develop strategies to improve courses and materials, and troubleshoot and report issues that may occur while training.
- Handle any other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or Computer Science.
- Proficient PC skills including MS Office
- Knowledge of SQL concepts and SQL syntax a plus. The company may reimburse you for the cost of obtaining beginner level SQL certification.
- Must be a disciplined self-starter and able to operate effectively without daily supervision.
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing in a concise, logical manner.
- Professional appearance with good organizational skills.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to deal with and defuse stressful situations.
- Ability to recognize and utilize opportunities to sell services to customers.
- Must be able to travel throughout North America including Canada
- Knowledge of the construction industry, job costing, accounting and project management concepts is a plus.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
