LHH is currently partnering with a nonprofit organization in the Washington, DC area looking to bring on a Customer Success Manager. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and collaborating with internal teams to drive Customer Success. In this role, you will support 10 direct reports with questions/inquires and also assist the team in preparation for the large conference. This is a temporary position beginning in January and extending through June. This is a hybrid role that allows WFH 2 days a week. The hourly rate for the position will be between $25-$29 per hour based on experience. Responsibiles:
- Oversee team of 10 team members
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and colleagues
- Conduct regular check-ins to assess project progression and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee accounts and assist with needs/inquiries
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions that meet client needs.
- Managing phone/email correspondence
- Coordinating meetings and calls
- Building strong relationships with clients to become a trusted partner & advisor
- Identifying opportunities to help clients and assisting with inquires
- Generating, customizing, and analyzing client-level reporting
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of management/supervisory experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Client Success Associate or Sales Representative
- Customer-centric and ability to adapt and/or respond to a variety of characters
- Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with co-workers, consumers, management, and clients
- Exceptional communication, persuasion, and presentation abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively as part of a team
