You will be responsible for:
- Proactive Account Management - building & maintaining long lasting client relationships, first point of contact for account management queries, negotiate pricing, timely and successful delivery of our solutions, after sales support
- Identifying new business opportunities with existing customers
- Reporting and analysis - entering all activity into HubSpot, preparing reports as required including insights and recommendations and forecasting
- Building great relationships internally and externally
- Positively contribute to our Supaculture
- 5+ years experience Account management and successful delivery of delivering solutions to customers
- Passion for and strong sales experience
- Bachelor's degree in business admin, finance, sales or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proven experience in communicating with and presenting to key stakeholders at all
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software, including Salesforce, Zoho CRM and HubSpot)
- Great commercial acumen
- A resilient team player with a positive mindset
