Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for all customer-related inquiries and issues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services
- Understand customers' business needs and goals, and provide strategic guidance and recommendations to help them achieve their objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finnance and Operations
- Collect customer reviews on review websites
-Take Photos of Projects and Upload to Social Media Sites
- Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) softwares to track customer interactions and manage account information
- Provide ongoing training and support to customers to maximize their utilization of our products and optimize their outcomes
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (not required)
- Proven experience in account management or Customer Success within the financial services industry
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to quickly learn new industry
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong communication skills to communicate between the manufacturer of our products and the customer
