Position Overview

As the Senior Manager, Training - Global Customer Success you will create a training and learning program that prepares the Stanley Global Support Services organization to work with our consumers effectively and in ways that are aligned with Stanley’s brand promise. You will own the development and upkeep of the curriculum, oversee the delivery of the trainings, and measure the impact of this program over time.


This is a hybrid role based in Seattle, WA, reporting to Stanley's Global Director, Customer Success. You will be required to travel up to 20% of the time, based on business needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assess training and learning needs across the Stanley Global Support Services organization to identify knowledge and skill gaps, develop learning objectives, and create a curriculum for the support teams at all levels.
  • Craft innovative and impactful training experiences and materials that align with our values, vision, and initiatives. Optimize the distribution of these experiences using live and asynchronous delivery methods.
  • Drive flawless execution of training and learning experiences in close collaboration with our global partners that supports operational excellence and a consistent consumer and customer experience.
  • Identify measures of success for each experience and the overall training and learning program. Create regular reporting to monitor program health, identify improvement opportunities, and share progress with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support a culture of continuous learning and improvement by fostering mentorship, coaching, and peer support practices.
  • Manage the training calendar and budget in support of the Global Support Services organization.

Education and Experience

  • 7+ years of progressive work experience in learning and development.
  • In-depth understanding of traditional and modern training methods (including workshops, simulations, e-learning, and coaching
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Organizational Psychology or a related field
  • Proven experience overseeing a training program from design to delivery, including budgetary oversite.
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Salary Range

$140,000 - $155,000 annually.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
