Our teams are based out of Bellevue, Washington, Tampa, Florida and Tel-Aviv, Israel.


Full Description:

We are a small but mighty client success team! To match the demand for vcita, we are seeking individuals that will fit our passionate, competitive, and collaborative team atmosphere. Creating inventive solutions for our clients is ingrained in our DNA. Our most successful team members are curious about the client and the product’s capabilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute efficient onboarding processes for both partner and direct clients.
  • Guide new customers through a systematic onboarding process to facilitate making decisions around their needs and goals.
  • Conduct one-on-one virtual meetings with clients to demonstrate vcita’s abilities as well as ensure necessary onboarding checklists are completed.
  • Handle a high volume of customer meetings, with a goal of upwards of 100 meetings per month.
  • Maintain ongoing technical knowledge of the product to assist customers effectively.
  • Call existing clients as needed for proactive updates, scheduling, and answering questions.
  • Understand, document, and communicate customer requirements and potential risks to the CSM or account management teams.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Support teams to ensure a smooth transition for ongoing client management.
  • Travel onsite to one of our US based offices periodically. Depending on the location, this could mean weekly, once a month, or quarterly.

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer facing, consultative, or teaching roles
  • A strong curiosity around all things technical. You love finding solutions where they might not seem obvious
  • A tenacious sense of ownership and self-awareness with a positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
  • Excellent communication skills: utilized with our clients, as well as delivering effective feedback to your peers and management
  • Ability to take initiative and adapt to evolving go forward strategies
  • Appreciation for “dad jokes”
  • Extra Credit:

-Experience using HubSpot, Looker, Zendesk, JIRA, HTML, and various CRM systems.

-Professional proficiency in Spanish, French, or Hebrew


vcita is a fair and transparent employer. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. The starting pay range for this role is $50,000 - $55,000.
