AmBari Nutrition is seeking reliable candidates for Customer Service Representative/Warehouse Picker/Packer.
This position requires someone who is energetic, friendly, dependable and adept at multitasking. The ability to handle a high volume of customer calls and emails a day with minimum supervision is a must. There will also be a need to help fill orders when not communicating with customers. Strong verbal and listening skills and an up-beat attitude are a must. We offer a great work environment and maintain a fun atmosphere.
Customer Service Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers.
- A high volume of customer calls, orders and emails.
- Must possess strong verbal and listening skills.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
- Learn our products so that you can answer questions.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Experience with canva, digital editing and Shopify is a plus
Picker/Packer Job Responsibilities:
- Pull and pack products based on the total number of daily orders.
- Meet specific customer requests for their orders in a timely manner.
- Keep products separated, organized and in good rotation.
- Monitor product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues.
- Learn to use a Pallet Jack.
- Report any mechanical problems.
- Utilize a continuous improvement mindset and assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
- Follow good manufacturing practices and required work safe practices.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $14.00 per hour
