Customer Service/Sales Support Specialist
Our company is seeking an experienced customer service specialist with strong administrative skills to play an integral role in the customer service and organizational strength of our company. We are looking for an individual who is a team player but who can also work autonomously. The ability to efficiently prioritize administrative support duties is essential. The ideal candidate is resourceful, a quick learner, a good problem solver, and enjoys customer service. Proficiency in Office 365 Suite is important, as is the ability to think outside of the box. This is a position that will evolve over time, as our company is growing and will be expanding our territory. Adaptability and openness to change is important. We are a stable, family owned HVAC Manufacturer Rep Firm located in Carrollton, Texas that has been going strong since 1980. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm. Required Skills:
- Proficiency in O365 apps with expertise in Word and Excel and the ability to master industry-specific programs and software

- Superior organization skills and dedication to completing detailed projects in a timely manner
- Ability to prioritize projects for the sales team
- Ability to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision

Duties Include:
- Provide administrative support to outside sales team
- Process orders & verify price discrepancies for customers
- Quickly & efficiently handle a variety of customer requests and inquiries
- Coordinate executive communications, composing professional emails and interfacing with customers
- Answer incoming calls & promptly respond to email requests
- Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
- Coordinate events to take place inside & outside of the work place
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
- Develop and sustain a level of friendly professionalism among staff and customers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
