Key Responsibilities:

- In-depth Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of our comprehensive range of thermal and night vision products, as well as ammunition, to accurately inform and advise our customers. Your expertise will guide customers through their queries and enhance their overall experience.
- Effective Communication: Utilize your excellent communication skills to understand customer situations thoroughly and convey solutions efficiently. Your ability to empathize with customers, understand their needs, and articulate product benefits is crucial.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in using computer programs and software, such as Excel and Google Drive, ensuring efficient handling of customer inquiries and maintenance of records.
- Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues with utmost empathy and patience. Process returns, exchanges, and ensure a smooth follow-up process, maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
- Record Keeping: Diligently maintain customer records, update necessary information, and keep track of all interactions, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Product Maintenance and Hands-on Skills: Perform in-house product repairs and maintain detailed records of the processes involved. Your good hands-on skills will be crucial for the physical handling and maintenance of our products.
- Flexibility: Be available to work during off-hours, demonstrating a commitment to support our customers when they need us the most.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Customer Service role, preferably in the technology or related field, with hands-on experience in ammunition, thermal, and night vision products highly recommended.
- Strong understanding of Customer Service principles and practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
- Proficiency in using computer programs and software, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A genuine passion for technology and an eagerness to learn about thermal and night vision products.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible attitude towards work hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in Customer Service or related fields is a plus.
