Are you interested in a Customer Service Representative position? Based at our office in Tulsa, Oklahoma, this is a great place to work as part of a growing and dynamic organization. We're looking for individuals with a passion for communication. We are looking for someone with excellent phone skills, and the ability to stay organized and multi-task on a daily basis. You will be responsible for communicating with customers via online services, email, and phone.
Job Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Record customer information within our customer service database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Other duties as requested
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
