Customer Service / Sales Associate

Duties:

- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with product selection and provide information about features, specifications, and pricing
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and special offers
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and work towards a satisfactory resolution
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive customer experience
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed

Requirements:

- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of technical sales or electronics sales is a plus
- Experience in jewelry sales is a plus
