Customer Support Representative

Distribution company seeking a highly motivated, honest/trustworthy, and organized Operations Support candidate to work at our Edison, NJ facility.

Hours: Monday-Friday 10:00am-7:00pm and some Saturdays Monthly

The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day operations and customer assistance

This position requires a multi-tasking individual with effective communication skills, dependable time-management, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Successful candidates will have 2+ years of experience in a distribution / transportation operation

Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for the daily operation with drivers, customers, answering phones and emails
• Daily operational reports and working with warehouse staff
• Must have experience in MS Office programs (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.)
