Hours:
• Full Time
• Mon-Fri: 8:30am-5:00pm
Job Requirements:
· Call center or customer service experience preferred.
· Flexibility to work different shifts (including evenings, weekends, or holidays)
· Experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
· Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
· Excellent listening skills and an empathetic voice and manner
· Attention to detail
· Dedication to customer satisfaction
· Basic knowledge of computer software. Proficiency in Microsoft office.
· Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, multitasking while keeping focus on the customer
· Experience in the sanitation or construction industry is a plus
Pay Rate:
- $22/hour
