Eastridge Workforce Solutions is collaborating with aleading provider ofminimally invasive spinal surgery products in the search for a talented Sales & Customer Service Coordinator. In this role you will assist in the organization and running of the daily administrativeoperations of the company. This role will include involvement in the contracts management process for avariety of sales and purchasing contracts, including but not limited to service agreements, materialtransfer agreements, distributor agreements, customer & faculty agreements. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support all customer service and sales supporting activities, processes, and personnel; assistassociates in ways that optimize procedures and prioritize daily directives to meet deadlines.
  • Process and expedite quotes, sales orders, and invoices; support customers, distributors, andsales team in making decisions by providing appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare and administer sales and purchase contracts including but not limited to serviceagreements, material transfer agreements, customer/faculty contracts, distributor contracts, etc.
  • Prepare and interpret sales reports from the company’s ERP and CRM systems and updatespreadsheets with pertinent information.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of our company's products and services to provide optimal support toour internal and external customers.
  • Attend and lead effective meetings and training sessions as needed.
  • Assure issues and any product complaints are resolved by adhering to internal processes.
  • Work cross-functionally to coordinate activities and find appropriate solutions promptly.
  • Ensure that customers (internal and external) are satisfied with products and services.
  • Escalate queries and concerns.
  • Contribute towards the achievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives.
  • Maintain accurate office filing, paper and electronic.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude at all times.
  • May be required to attend the occasional weekend in-house education & training workshops.
  • Assume other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications (minimum requirements):

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years work-related experience, or 5 years work relatedexperience in lieu of a college degree.
  • Experience in medical device, healthcare or aerospace industries preferred.
  • High level of competence in management of inventory control, movement, and distribution.
  • Knowledge in Medical Device Regulations as FDA and CE regulations as well as general Quality Management Systems (ISO) and Quality Assurance knowledge is required.
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimal direct supervision; must be self-accountable.
  • Strong technical skills and comfortable using new technologies, tools, and resources; intermediate proficiency level with Microsoft Office Suite and TEAMS, Zoom, DocuSign and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Experience with QuickBooks, CRM and ERP Systems.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills both in person and by phone and email with a high level of professionalism.
  • Has strong negotiation and mediation skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, with good analytical skills and business judgment.
  • Must be able to anticipate project needs, discern work priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles and practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced company with high-pressure situations and deal with conflict,ambiguity and shifting priorities in a composed and competent manner.
  • Strong customer and employee focus skills (listening, empathy, solution-focused).
