Qualifications
Insurance experience or the desire to learn
3 years customer service experience
Excellent oral & written communication
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Effective time management abilities
High energy and self-motivated
Ability to keep pace in a fast-moving environment
Responsibilities
Greet customers via phone or in person with a friendly and professional manner
Assist customers with changes/adjustments or any questions regarding their policy
Provide assistance to the agents as necessary
Maintain customer accounts and activities through the management system
Communication with insurance companies via phone and e-mail regarding client policies
Utilize the rater program and insurance company websites for assistance with insurance quoting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
