```Job Summary:```
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Production Scheduler/Customer Service representative. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling the production daily, providing excellent customer service and accurately entering data into our system.
```Duties:```
- Daily scheduling of products for production
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide information about products and services to customers
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Analyze customer data to identify trends or patterns that can improve our service offerings
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or gather additional information as needed
- Maintain customer records and update information as necessary
```Experience:```
- Previous experience in manufacturing enviroment
- Customer service and data entry experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
