- Provide a first impression that radiates that our company is extremely competent and capable of managing the caller’s challenges.
- Engage in outbound and inbound calling to best keep the schedule full for the technicians
- Provide consistency to customers while utilizing the company best practices scripting
- Efficiently schedule the client based on company guidelines
- Accurately record information from the call
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- All other duties as assigned.
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
- Customer service experience (1 year required)
- Phone etiquette experience (1 year required)
- Call center experience
- Microsoft Office experience
- Data Entry skills
- Above average communication skills
- Be able to accept constructive criticism and open to continuous improvement and skill development
- HVAC/Plumbing experience (helpful, not required)
- Dispatching experience (helpful, not required)
