Job Description
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Representative who is able to take initiative! The ideal candidate will possess great strength in their communication skills, ability to prioritize, multi-task, and remain calm under pressure.

Compensation:$11 hourly + Commission
Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls from customers including product and service questions, and general information
- Accurate tracking of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary
- Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when needed
- Identify common customer issues
- Scheduling and General administrative duties
- Utilize company software to maintain accurate property/tenant information
- Assist department with daily tasks including but not limited to: data entry, faxing, and scanning
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of customer interaction
- Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
- Ability to analyze and prioritize information when making decisions
- Property Management experience is a plus
